Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable opportunity. We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (i.e. any information which may potentially allow your identification through reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") marketing and advertising is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

What information do we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from Users.
The first type of information is unidentified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) in order to enhance the functionality of our Site. We may also collect information on your activity on the Site (e.g. pages viewed, online browsing, clicks, actions, etc.).
The second type of information Personal Information , which is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual. Such information includes:
- Device Information: We collect Personal Information from your device. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID) and other information which relates to your activity through the Site.
- such as: email address and phone numbers for the purposes of contacting the customer and sending digitl marketing information, we do not share or sell you information and only save contact details when the customer contacts us, we do not seek to oobtain or purchase customers contact information from third parties
- Registration information: When you register with our Site you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name; email or physical address, and other information.
We may collect all or some of the following information relating to you or other parties on your booking:-
names and contact details (including your telephone number, email and postal address);
special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect your chosen booking.
When you make a booking, you will be prompted to give credit/ debit card or other payment details to a third party payment processor, Stripe. Whilst it may feel like we are collecting this information, it is actually being collected by Stripe directly in order to take authorised payments for your booking and you should refer to their privacy policy for details about how it will be used by them. We however dsetroy any such information immediatly.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
- When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details in order to register on our Site;
- When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;
- From third-party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).
- When you write, telephone or email us to make an enquiry.
- When you register with us to receive newsletters or email updates; and when you enter competitions run by us or take part in surveys or customer feedback.
- When you make a booking with us over the telephone or via our internet booking facilities.

We do not rent, sell or share Users’ information with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Communicating with you – sending you notices regarding our services, providing you with booking information and responding to any customer service issue you may have;

- Providing you with our services, including providing a personalised display of our Site;

When we make your booking, we must use your information in the following ways:-
- We will use the names and contact details of all people who made the booking to pass on to the providers/instructors of the services making up your booking such as Instructors They need this information in order to contact if you if required and will only be provided in the event for example you are late for your booking, they should follow their own privacy policies beyond this and always advised never to share your contact information.
- We will use the postal and/or email address you give us to send you booking confirmation documentation and to contact you after you have used the service you have booked with us to ask you to give feedback about it.
- If you notify us of any special requirements you have (such as those relating to any disability or medical condition), where appropriate and your specific consent, we will pass this information on to the instructor so that they can plan your requirements effectively.
- If you fail to provide us with this information, we may not be able to plan or confirm your booking.
We would like to stay in touch
We value your custom and we would like to use your details to contact you from time to time with information about special offers, loyalty discounts, new services and forthcoming events or competitions. Receiving this information will allow you access to priority booking prices and to receive special offers for services similar to those you have previously enjoyed.
When we collect your name, postal and email address, we will ask you for your permission to make use of those details for the purposes of staying in touch on your consent form when you attend your activity.
Generally speaking, we will not use your information to contact you for marketing purposes unless you have given us your specific consent to do so, but there may be limited occasions where we contact you even though you have not given that consent. That may be because you have contacted us in the past to make an enquiry or enter a competition and we need to use your personal information to contact you for our legitimate interest as a commercial organisation.

We use a tool which is based on the Snowplow Analytics technology to collect information about your use of the Site. The tool collects information such as how often users access the Site, which pages they visit when they do so, etc. The tool does not collect any Personal Information and is only used by our Site hosting and operating service provider to improve the Site and services. Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to present our contents correctly and make them graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font. - Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

Errors & omissions
In the event a product is listed or quoted at an incorrect price due to an error from our suppliers or publishers. We reserve the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price. If your credit/debit card has been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit/debit card.
