Activity Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • If you do NOT require this booking inform us immediately by phone & then email or write so others can be offered your space.
  • We reserve the right to charge in full for any un-notified cancellations and no refund will be available.
  • No Refunds policy within 7 days of your activity date, full payment will be retained to cover loss of bookings and costs incurred, this is also our policy if you make your booking within 7 days of your activity date
  • All refunds incur a 15% administration fee plus a 3.5% banking charge once your activity is booked and confirmed
  • Cancellation within 28 days will incur a 50% fee
  • Rescheduling within 28 days will incur a 50% fee
  • The fees are due to lost bookings for holding the time for you and we are responsible for paying the instructor for their reserved and booked time. By making this booking you accept these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions anytime. A cancellation link to this page is provided on all our email communication.
  • Dates to be confirmed payments are non refundable after 30 days of the purchase date.

Terms & Booking Conditions - DISCOUNT VOUCHERS Holiday Activities
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions anytime regardless of promotional offers or vouchers ongoing, completed or purchased
  • Entire Value must be used in a single visit
  • No refunds for discount vouchers or Gift vouchers
  • No Re-Scheduling for booked and confirmed sessions. Cancellation of Booked and confirmed course date will consider your Voucher as Used We have now introduced a rescheduling fee as a courtesy due to such a high demand £20 for each voucher rescheduled.
  • Voucher(s) will be redeemed to confirm booking, Voucher may only be used with course dates available for the activity purchased
  • Extreme Ventures will decide the course dates and times and change them where necessary, we require minimum 6 participants for the course to go ahead, If there is not enough participants the time and date will be re-scheduled
  • Photos may be taken for marketing purposes.
  • Groups under the age of 16 must be attended by a responsible adult group leader/organiser Age 7+ only. Although Extreme Ventures instructors endeavour to keep everyone safe at all times and manage a group responsibly, group leaders/organisers accept responsibility for the safe behaviour of young people
  • Extreme Ventures do not accept liability for the failure of the other customers equipment, any injury caused due to failing equipment owned or provided by the customer is the responsibility of the participant..
  • Group leaders/organisers may be asked to assist the instructor to ensure extra safety of the group.
  • The instructor has the right to stop a session at any time if he/she feels it is unsafe to continue. (This may include the weather & miss-conduct or behaviour of a group that may cause injury to themselves or others).
  • Extreme Ventures provides an extensive list of operating procedure, health & Safety regulations, risk assessments and emergency action plans for all activities, all customers are provided an e.g. of this outlining their responsibilities.
  • It is up to the customer to request a full disclosure of our standards and regulations prior to the start of your session if you require it; anybody has the right to request a full disclosure of our regulations at any time.
  • All staff and customers are expected to upheld and abide by our standards and expectations and any other centre facilities we may be using.
  • Customers found to intentionally damage any equipment, facilities hired or public areas used by Extreme Ventures will be charged for the current value of the damaged item.
  • I understand that this is an adventurous activity and therefore carries an element of risk.
Extreme Ventures Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
  • Treat Gift vouchers like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • Extreme Ventures Gift Vouchers are issued by Extreme Ventures only.
  • Transactions may only take place with Extreme Ventures, when the gift voucher is presented. The amount deposited or redeemed from a gift voucher will be shown on the invoice which you should keep
  • The Extreme Ventures Gift Voucher can be used for any Extreme Ventures activities and the balance on the gift voucher may be used for in full payment only at any time whilst this gift voucher is valid.
  • Unfortunately at this time you cannot use Gift Vouchers when booking online.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year or 12 Months of the purchase date.
  • You will not be able to use your Gift Voucher after that date
  • You must attend your gifted activity before it expires, you will not be able to book a date after the expiry date of the purchase
  • Gift Vouchers are deemed a gift that has been purchased another party and given to the gift receiver
  • Extreme Ventures cannot be held liable for lost/stolen gift vouchers.

Purchases for dates to be confirmed

We are happy to take payments for a date to be confirmed at a later date either by the purchaser or a third party that has received the booked activity, we will hold these booked activities for a maximum of one year only, after 12 months has passed for the purchase for a date to be confirmed we will destroy the booking confirmation and the purchase will no longer be valid. You may only book a date within 12 months of the purchase, which cannot be extended beyond the 12 month expiry date, all activities paid and confirmed must take place within 12 months of the purchase date.

  • No restriction on quantity of vouchers purchased per person but each voucher must be redeemed by a different person

  • If there is not enough participants for the course Extreme Ventures will re-scheduled the time and date of the course accordingly
  • If you do not turn up for a booked and confirmed course your voucher will be considered used

Marquee and Gazebo Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation:

In the event that you cancel the contract, any deposit that you have paid shall be forfeit. In addition, you will be liable to pay the following percentage of the hire charge quoted dependent on the period of notice given prior to date of commencement of the hire. The deposit shall be deducted from the percentage payable.

Period of Notice Percentage of the Total Hire Charge
  • More than 90 days - 25% or deposit paid, whichever is the greater
  • 61 to 90 days - 45% or deposit paid, whichever is the greater
  • 31 to 60 days - 60% or deposit paid, whichever is the greater
  • 8 to 30 days - 75% or deposit paid, whichever is the greater
  • Up to 7 days - 100%
  • Refunds will incur a 3.5% banking fee
